Open day at OMICRON

We are pleased to invite you to the ‘Open day at the OMICRON Laboratory’ that will be held on October 14th. All faculty members and students, including PhD students, postgraduate students and extramural students, are especially encouraged to attend.

The Omicron Laboratory will be holding its first Open Day event. The Laboratory has been open since March 2013 and has been equipped with state of the art scientific instruments necessary to conduct research in the fields of proteomics, transcriptomics and genomics i.e. a mass spectrometer, biorobots, next generation sequencing instruments, a microarray scanner and an HPLC instrument.

The Laboratory is situated in the building of the Department of Medical Biochemistry JUMC at ul. Kopernika 7C, Kraków. It will be open for visitors from 10.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. The event will be a unique opportunity to learn about novel molecular techniques used in the laboratory. Scientists employed in the OMICRON Laboratory will be happy to show you around.
